We’re excited to announce the launch of the EARLY-POLY project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming STEAM education for young learners. Funded by Erasmus+, EARLY-POLY seeks to integrate the Poly-Universe tool into preschool and lower primary education, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and spatial reasoning skills.
The goal is to introduce a fun and engaging approach to STEAM education, develop children’s creativity, problem-solving, and spatial reasoning, and create a supportive learning environment for all students, especially girls.
To achieve these goals, professional development workshops for educators, creation of age-appropriate Poly-Universe methodology and lesson plans, organization engaging STEAM experiences for students, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to measure project impact will be developed.
We expect the project to result in a comprehensive methodological study on Poly-Universe activities, training materials for pre-school and primary teachers, and a valuable resource for educators and learners alike.
