On Valentine day, Experience Workshop conducted an Early-Poly STEAM Education meeting with early childhood education teachers from Voionmaa daycare and preschool.

In February, Experience Workshop took the project directly to educators during a special STEAM Education meeting. We visited teachers from the Voionmaa daycare and preschool, introducing them to the Poly-Universe toolkit within the context of the EARLY-POLY project. The session was highly interactive, allowing the teachers to explore the tool through play, discuss its potential applications in their classrooms, and brainstorm concrete exercise ideas. This direct engagement with practicing educators provided valuable feedback that is actively supporting the development of the Early-Poly Methodological Study book—one of the core outcomes of this two-year project.

Particularly, teacher in training Tamara Traiser presented her implementation of the Poly-Universe toolkit to her “STEAM corner” weeks. In these weeks, preschoolers get to practice combination of exercises and plays supporting the exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
