- Once you’ve registered for a course, you’ll receive a booking confirmation to the e-mail address you’ve entered during registration. You’ll be asked to pay 50% of the full course fee within 7 days from the booking confirmation. The remaining course fee is due on the first course day.
- For registrations submitted less than 4 weeks before the course start date, the total course fee will be requested within 7 days after confirmation, but for any case, before the first day of the course.
- If you are forced to cancel your course attendance due to unforeseen reasons, you may consider the following options first:
- rescheduling to any of our courses within the next 9 months;
- any other colleague may take your place and use the already paid fee without any additional costs.
- Cancellations must be communicated by e-mail to: info@experienceworkshop.org. For cancellations received at least 4 weeks before the start of the course, we will retain 30% of the course cost. For cancellations received in the last 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full amount will be retained. Cancellations for personal reasons or flight schedules are not acceptable for refund requests.
- If a Visa is denied, a written proof is required from the authority stating the denial. This case is acceptable for refund.
- If the minimum number of participants expected is not achieved, we reserve the right to change the course structure or to cancel the course. The minimum number of participants expected is 10 persons. In case of cancellation we refund the price already paid by the registered students 4 weeks before the expected start of the course.
