Experience Workshop’s events have been booked out within a couple of days, almost 600 children registered and many more will visit the program and try 4Dframe, the South Korean STEAM toolkit. In addition to 4Dframe, Lux Blox from USA, Polyuniverse and CaraWonga from Hungary will be also introduced for the first time in the African continent.
Open Design Cape Town Festival was started on August 14, 2017 with South Africa’s first STEAM symposium, where Experience Workshop’s CEO, Kristóf Fenyvesi had the honor to give one of the keynote talks and share the stage with prominent speakers, like Dr. Mafu Rakometsl from Umalusi-Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training and Prof. Mugendi M’Rithaa, President of World Design Organisation.

4Dframe STEAM education tool‘s inventor, Ho Gul Park and his son and colleague, Dave Park from Seoul, South Korea are on the venue as well to coordinate the 4Dframe-related activities at the festival. Thanks to the extensive media attention, all Experience Workshop activities have been booked out within a couple of days and our colleagues will meet more than 600 South African children and their parents in the next couple of days. In the realization of the workshops, Experience Workshop gets an exclusive support from Nelson Mandela University’s Govan Mbeki Mathematics Development Centre, which is embracing the core of the South African GeoGebra community, including researchers, teachers and students on all levels of public education.
